During 6-week online training, Fellows learnt to analyze their campus ecosystems and identify opportunities for change related to innovation, entrepreneurship, design thinking, and creativity. They conducted interviews amd stakeholder meetings with peers and BU staffs to understand their needs and perspectives. Drawing on these insights, the Fellows designed new educational opportunities for their fellow students.

They designed a Blind-Friendshipping system—a programme that combines personalized pairing, gradual interaction, and themed activities to help HKBU students overcome friendship barriers and build genuine, inclusive social connections.
