Drop by the Triangle Genius Bar (DLB306), your on-campus innovation hub! Our passionate student “Geniuses” are here to help you in using the latest innovative technology, developing creative projects, and preparing for competition. It is a space where you can learn from each other, get guidance, and tackle challenges together. You are also welcome to simply use the space to work and ask for help whenever needed.

Our Geniuses are here to support during scheduled hours for:  

  • Workshops: Register for interactive sessions to gain practical skills. 

  • Consultation: Get advice and hands-on support to your specific projects. 

   

2. Becoming a TriAngle Genius

Passionate and skilled in a particular area? Eager to share your expertise with others? 

The TriAngle Genius is a paid opportunity for students with expertise in areas such as AI tools, vibe coding, art tech, social entrepreneurship, or competition strategy. As a Genius, you will share your knowledge, mentor peers, and actively contribute to our vibrant innovation community. 

   

What You'll Do:
  • Design and lead interactive workshops of new skills and AI tools.
  • Deliver one-on-one or group consultations to give advice and hands-on support.
  • Mentor peers, share expertise, and foster exchange.

  • Contribute to the development vibrant and welcoming innovation community.

   

You should possess:
  • Demonstrated practical knowledge in at least one of these areas:
    • AI Tools & Applications: Proficiency with a range of AI tools across diverse applications including creative media creation, vibe coding in building app and website, learning enhancement and workflow optimization.
    • Social Entrepreneurship: Experience and passion for creating positive social impact through innovative projects or start-ups.
    • Competition Strategy: Demonstrated ability to achieve top results in innovation competitions through strategic planning and skills.
  • Proactive & Engaging: Initiate conversations, eager to connect with peers, and offer guidance
  • Mentorship Mindset: Passionate about sharing knowledge and supporting others' learning journeys
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English is a must. 

   

Preferred Background
  • Academic Background: Background in Computer Science, Art tech, Business, Social Science, Transdisciplinary major or any related field.
  • Teaching or Mentoring Experience: Prior experience in tutoring, teaching, or workshop facilitation.
  • Project Leadership: Experience leading student projects or initiatives.

TriAngle Genius是一個由各領域學生組成的社群，也是一項有薪的實踐機會，讓你分享在人工智能及編碼、藝術科技、社會創新項目或比賽策略等領域的知識。在這裡，你將與同學切磋交流、互相啟發，一同建立充滿活力的創新社群。

   

你的任務

  • 設計並帶領互動工作坊，介紹新技能或人工智能工具。

  • 透過一對一或小組的經驗分享，為同學提供建議與實際支援。

  • 分享學習心得，激發彼此的創意與促進交流。

  • 為這個創新社群注入活力，營造共學的氣氛。 

   

你需要具備的條件
  • 在以下至少一個領域，具備實際經驗：
    • AI 工具與應用：熟悉並能靈活運用多種人工智能工具，例如應用於製作創意媒體、建立程式或網頁、提升學習效率和加強工作流程等範疇。
    • 社會創業家精神：曾參與創新或創業項目，對創造正面的社會影響具備經驗與熱誠。
    • 競賽策略：在各類創新競賽中獲得佳績，具備應對競賽的策略思維和技巧。

  • 積極主動，樂於與同學交流，並主動提供協助。

  • 樂於分享學習心得，享受共同學習的過程。

  • 具備流利的英語溝通能力。

   

背景

  • 主修計算機科學、藝術科技、商學、社會科學、跨領域學科或相關領域。

  • 曾擔任助教、或帶領小組或工作坊。

  • 具備帶領學生項目或校園活動的經驗。
