Tochi Lab

Tochi Lab revolutionizes the treatment of discarded ceramics and pottery by repurposing them into reusable materials, thereby reducing ceramic waste in Hong Kong. The initiative involves raising awareness through campaigns, organizing collection drives at local studios and universities, and processing the collected ceramics through grinding and other techniques.

They closely with local studios, educational institutions, and partners with initiatives such as Terra Care's Coral STEAM Programme. The primary goal is to repurpose ceramic waste for environmental conservation efforts, with a particular focus on coral restoration. By collaborating with various stakeholders and utilizing creative approaches, Tochi Lab is playing a crucial role in promoting sustainability and environmental stewardship in the community.
