An Exhibition of Works by 12 Hong Kong Young Artists «Sorry, I want to leave the archipelago»

星之碎片首次聯同香港浸會大學舉辦為期兩個月的藝術展覽和社區項目，該計劃名為「不好意思，我要退出群島啊 」，來自「不好意思，我要退出群組，因為我覺得你這個群組好不健康。」這一段群組語音的訊息在坊間引起關注，雖然看似幽默，反思現代的社會承載著幾千來不同地域和種族的文化，截然不同觀念和背景的人往往都在社會結構之下改變，但在新常態的時代，明明經歷共同時代卻與他人的溝通產生障礙，話題日漸難以開口說話。

主要圍繞土瓜灣的人事離別之情感，因此藝術家感同身受並不斷自我淬煉品的故事，藉此打破現代性進程裡的沉默螺旋，思索藝術創作的本質，讓公眾依其個人經驗解讀，理解及思考作品呈現多樣的詮釋意義，好讓公眾與藝術家展開一場久違的對話交流。

For the first time, Star Fragments and Hong Kong Baptist University held a two-month art exhibition and community project called "Sorry, I want to leave the archipelago," Since "I'm sorry, I want to leave the group because I think your group is not healthy." This group's voice message has attracted the attention of the public. Although humorous, it reflects a modern society with thousands of differences. People with entirely different concepts and backgrounds often change under the social structure in geographical and racial cultures. However, in the era of the new regular, communication with others is not improved despite experiencing a standard period, and it is increasingly few works to talk about topics.

It mainly revolves around To Kwa Wan's emotion of parting from personnel and affairs, so the artist empathizes with the story and constantly refines the story of his works to break the silent spiral in the process of modernity, think about the essence of artistic creation, and let the public interpret, understand and understand according to their personal experience. They are thinking about the various interpretive meanings of the works so that the people and the artist can have a long-lost dialogue and exchange.

Local elders will serve as community guides. As an appreciator, he will introduce the changes of the To Kwa Wan redevelopment project and his own experience to the public, and share the past life and anecdotes, to promote inter-generational communication and provide employment opportunities for the elderly.
